Event Description: This event focuses on empowering middle school males by providing essential knowledge in fiscal management, career assessment, postsecondary education opportunities, and career exploration. Volunteers will play a crucial role in facilitating interactions and learning experiences with industry partners.

Volunteer Responsibilities:
- Check-in for students/schools, volunteers, event panelists, and speakers.
- Distribute and serve food to students during lunch and to staff & panelists in the concierge room.
- Monitor the timing of breakout sessions for efficiency.
- Act as a chaperone and official point of contact for a group of students throughout the event.
- Assist with the teardown process at the end of the event.

Required Preparation:
- Volunteers must complete and submit the EHCEC waiver form and a volunteer background check by date of event. Forms are available at www.eastharriscounty.org/waiver.
Volunteer Attire:
- EHCEC-branded shirts.
- Comfortable shoes are highly recommended due to the event involving significant walking indoors and outdoors.
