Event: 2023 Unforgettable Christmas Experience - College Tour & Sporting Event
Date: Sunday, December 3, 2023
Time: 7:30 am (Volunteer Check-In) - 5:00 pm
Starting Location: Harris County Jim Fonteno Courthouse, 14350 Wallisville Rd, Houston, TX 77049
What Volunteers Do:
- Guide and Support: Accompany and supervise students during the college campus tour and other activities.
- Ensure Safety: Help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment throughout the event.
- Engage: Interact with students, encouraging participation and answering any questions they may have.

Orientation Information:
Once you have applied for the volunteer position, EHCEC Staff will send you an email with an invitation to an upcoming virtual volunteer orientation for that specific event/opportunity. Orientation is not more than 30 mins to get connected with your volunteer coordinator and ask questions and get information on roles and responsibilities.
Please ensure to complete and submit the EHCEC waiver form, available at www.eastharriscounty.org/waiver, by the specified deadline for participation in the event.
