Description
The Early Learning Quality Network (ELQN) Community Carnival is a family-friendly event designed to bring together child care providers, families with children ages 0–8, and community members. The goal is to share resources, highlight the importance of high-quality early education, and build connections that strengthen our community. We are expecting 150–200 attendees from across Harris County.

Arrive 15–30 minutes early for check-in.
Dress comfortably, closed-toe shoes required.
Event shirts provided (if available).
Bring a water bottle—hydration is key!
Be positive and engaging with families.
