About the Event:
The Early Learning Quality Network (ELQN) Dinner will bring together child care providers, home-based providers, parents, and community partners to learn about ELQN’s initiatives and strengthen connections that support early learning in Harris County.
Volunteer Roles Needed:
Setup
Arrange tables, chairs, and the dinner area
Set up registration/check-in table
Help prepare the child care space
Registration & Greeting
Welcome guests and assist with sign-in
Distribute name tags and materials
Direct children to the child care check-in
Food Service
Assist with serving dinner
Cleanup
Break down tables/chairs
Pack materials
Help clean dining and child care areas
