Location: Barrett Community Center (808 1/2 Magnolia Ave, Crosby, TX 77532)
The volunteer opportunity is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM (6 hours)
Volunteers assist with:
- Setup (3:00 PM - 5:00 PM): Help arrange tables, chairs, decorations, and materials.
- Registration/Sign-in Support (5:30 PM - 6:00 PM): Welcome attendees and guide them through the check-in process.
- Event Support (6:00 PM - 8:30 PM): Assist with general needs during the event, serving food, and helping with logistics.
- Cleanup (8:30 PM - 9:00 PM): Assist with tidying up and breaking down tables and decorations.
