The volunteers will assist in setting up tables, chairs, decorating tables and chairs, and furnishing the event hall with decorations.
The volunteers will be given a map of the layout in order to complete their tasks successfully.
The volunteering will be focused solely inside the facility in an air conditioned environment, with water and snacks available to them.
