Want to help East Harris County families prepare for upcoming community distributions? Join us for Community Supply Prep & Impact Packing at the EHCEC Office. Volunteers will play a hands-on role in organizing and preparing essential supplies that will directly support families across our community. We need volunteers like you to make it happen.

Event: Community Supply Prep & Impact Packing
Date: Tuesday, February 17, 2026
Time: 4–6 hour shifts available
Location: EHCEC Office
What Volunteers Do:
● Organize and sort incoming supplies
● Bag and label materials for distribution
● Assist with inventory tracking
● Stage and prepare supplies for upcoming community distributions

Orientation Information:
Once you have applied for the volunteer position, EHCEC Staff will send you an email with an invitation to an upcoming virtual volunteer orientation for that specific event/opportunity. Orientation is not more than 30 minutes to get connected with your volunteer coordinator, ask questions, and receive information on roles and responsibilities.
