About the Event
East Harris County Empowerment Council (EHCEC) has been invited by Serina Randolph, Community Engagement Specialist at Rhodes School for the Performing Arts, to take part in their annual Trunk or Treat Night! This event provides a fun, family-friendly, and safe environment where local families can celebrate the Halloween season while connecting with community partners and resources.
Volunteer Role & Responsibilities
Volunteers will support EHCEC staff in representing the organization and engaging with attendees. Responsibilities include:

Assisting with the setup and cleanup of the EHCEC display area

Handing out candy, flyers, and resource materials to families

Sharing information about EHCEC programs and upcoming events

Helping create a welcoming and festive atmosphere for all visitors
Ideal Volunteers
We’re looking for friendly, outgoing volunteers who enjoy interacting with families and spreading community cheer! Costumes are welcome (family-friendly, please) to help add to the festive spirit.
