Join the East Harris County Empowerment Council (EHCEC) as an Administrative Volunteer and play an essential role in keeping our organization running smoothly. Your work will help ensure a welcoming and efficient environment for staff, partners, and community members who rely on our services each day.
This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy being organized, supporting others, and contributing to a mission-driven team that uplifts the East Harris County community.
What You’ll Do
Assist with general office tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining supply areas
Greet visitors and answer phones at the front desk
Prepare materials for meetings, trainings, and community events
Sort and distribute mail and internal documents
Help maintain a clean and organized office space
Support logistics for internal events and special projects as needed
