Event Overview:
Join us for a full day of health awareness and community engagement at San Jacinto College. The Stay Safe, Stay Smart Wellness Screening Event brings together mobile HIV/STI screening units and education tables to provide students with access to vital health resources.
Volunteer Role:
As a volunteer, you will help create a welcoming and informative environment by:

Assisting with event setup and logistics.

Supporting students as they visit the mobile screening clinic.

Sharing information at EHCEC’s education table about our programs and reproductive health resources.

Encouraging students to participate in screenings and activities.

Helping with crowd flow, materials distribution, and capturing event photos.
Objectives & Goals:
-
Distribute educational materials and engage with at least 80 students to share information on reproductive health and available community resources.

Support our screening goal of 20 students at the partner mobile clinic.

Increase awareness of EHCEC and available community health programs.
Volunteer Shifts:
-
Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM (4.5 hours | 3 volunteers)

Afternoon Shift: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (4 hours | 3 volunteers)
