We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make the EHCEC Back-to-School events a success! You’ll play a vital role in welcoming families, distributing supplies, and capturing the spirit of the day.
Volunteer Time: 02:30 PM - 08:00 PM
Location:
Panther Stadium, located at 11433 East Sam Houston Pkwy N, Houston, TX 77044
Key responsibilities include:
- Register families for backpacks using our QR-code digital form
- Guide families through the check-in and online confirmation process
- Distribute backpacks and school-supply kits at the pickup stations
- Assist at resource tables to hand out information and answer questions
- Capture branded photos and testimonials to document the event
- Volunteers should arrive at 02:30 PM for a brief orientation, wear comfortable shoes, and bring a friendly smile!
