Event: Men’s Health & Wellness Staff Workshop Event Overview: Volunteer Role: Assisting with event setup (arranging tables/chairs, preparing sign-in sheets, setting up wellness kits, placing flyers, and organizing educational materials). Welcoming and registering attendees as they arrive. Supporting logistics during the workshop, including distributing food, wellness kits, and resource packets. Helping facilitate interactive activities and guiding attendees through stations. Taking photos to capture key moments. Assisting with event wrap-up and clean-up. Objectives & Goals: Provide staff with culturally relevant education on preventative care and screenings for men. Encourage early detection and proactive wellness strategies.
